idea on duel tree sorc?

i think i have an idea on a duel tree sorc...
i was thinking that if u max orb and ice bolt ull only be about lvl 40, then put like 10 in cold mast and be lvl 50, and then maxing like fire bolt and blast or fire blast and meteor (u would have to get all skill quests) any ideas?
