you should up it first, the base def is really low.

You can't up white items. Delirium would add around 200 defense anyways. Around the same as a non eth arreats. It's extremely nice however im not sure it would fecth to much. I would pay like um or mal. If it was an elitie helm maybe hr. Casue those are damn nice mods
