Warlocks rock, and because you will go horde, there will not be any problems with racial spells (you'll learn), at the moment warlock can kill any class with the good setup, but it requires some good control and tactics :)

Warlock is a hard class to learn, but once yo do, you will be able to take out 2-3 maybe even 4 opponents of your own level :)

You sould play horde because the que for BG is like 4 hour my frind siad on alli on my serv my max wait is like 10 mins.

coolieo i dun no what bg is, but i have a feeling that horde is much better then alli from what every1s saying so yes im going wth horde, but one problem is night elve are alli, what is the 2nd best pick for rogues???

uh im an orc rogue and i like it, its really fun but you can be a undead rogue troll rogue orc rogue so you can choose they should all be just about equal id think

so ive been wondering lately....one of the main reasons i quit d2 is its increasing complexion of the game as it heads on towards the futre.....we're talkin bout socket items, stats, skill management, ITEMS finding trading, quests, lvling......

will u guys tell me some helpful reasons why WoW is better then D2 in terms of more simplicity, worthwhile, and entertainment!!??

If anything, I would say WoW is MORE complicated than D2.
You have tradeskills, talents, secondary skills, class skills, dungeons, mounts, battlegrounds, etc. I like the fact that PvP is actually worth something more than some cash and an ear.

well yeah like chesire said if your looking for simplicity WoW DEFINATLY isnt your game at all

but the things that took out the fun of D2 was how rare some items were and how difficult it was to ovtain it.....moreover the fun of completing the qs was demolishd by rushing, runs, etc etc......

do u think WoW is the same in terms of difficulty in trading items, finishing qs, putting EXTREME thoughts on the stats points and skill points??

You can basically get (almost) every spell with your class. You can buy them from Class Trainers. You will get Talent points however (a bit like skill points in D2), which can increase spells you already have, or get you some new skills. This is the biggest difference between e.g your Warlock and mine.

For the gear, you can basically get a lot of your gear from the Auction House or a proffession you learned. The only gear that might be slightly harder to get is the 'uber' gear, which will require 40 man raids to kill bosses. I have not (yet) come this far with my character though, so I can't really comment on the difficulty of those raids :)


EDIT: Stat points will be divided automatically, so no worrying about that :)

Yeah, the quests are just a bit harder than those in D2. I truely like the game better than d2, and would totally switch to WoW, if it wasn't for the pay to play, and the fact that I lag really bad on WoW. Oh, and the fact that you can only go to level 60.

thanks reaper and soul.....knowing you dont have to kiss sum1s *** to get godly items like d2 enlightens my soul.....im glad uber gear can be capture thru the NPC not real people.....and the fact that i dont have to worry about how i shud invest on stats!!!!

btw is it hard to get a lvl 60 char....is onyxia hard?

I am now o n16 days playing time, and I have levelled to level 52, but I must say that at least 3 days of playing time have been money farming with no exp/helping out guildies/PVP, You can be 60 in a month, but don't rush, there is so much fun in exploring ;)

whudnt it be easier if i got to lvl 60 first and then started duin money stashing and questing and enjoying the game??
