Can anyone tell me what is the lowest and highest drops for nm and hell forge?

well any low rune can drop and the highest ruin that can drop is a GUL rune from your hell forge and from your nightmare forge the highest that can drop is and um rune

yes it is, that why vex and up is considered high runes because they can't drop from forges
