hmmm interesting. could be a very random chance of luck.

but now that i think about i have probably got every single one of my +skill circlets from gheed.

could be an interesting thing to know if others can confirm that he provides the best circs.

i ussually only buy gheed and the chick in act 4 or 5. but they ussually just give crap.

can someone else confirm this? maybe he does have a better chance. i mean he does get a unique charm named after him :D maybe it's just wishfull thinking.
