little question about smiter pk

would wearing a 160/60 and a 120/45 help a lot or would it really be noticeable?

heres what gear i was thinkin or putting on him i already have all this.

250%ed lvl 16 defiance 45res eth exile vortex
perfect bered asterion's iron ward( is this ok? or would i need grief to really pk?)
160/60 sup archon plate
120/45 sup bone visage
2x perfect raven frost or bk's
perfect mara
perfect dracks
eth stormtrek
on the switch 6 bo cta and splendor monarch


charms = like 7 20 life scs , 2 5 all res sc's . torch ,anni and some pally combats.

i know i can uber i have a perfect coh and guilleuim's face (or however u spell it)

what i really want to know is how much better would my smiter be with all the ias from amour and helm?

Sigh...here's my reply to your other thread:

Fastest smite possible is 6 frames per attack. It's not that hard to get there, and you can't go any faster with more IAS, so most of your IAS is wasted. Don't bother.
