Cure to realm down?

I remember I saw a post that had a solution to realm downs by using something to change your ip. I cant remember where I found that post, can anyone help?

ther no cure for now.. battle.net dont ban u for make game to fast.. he ban u if u make to much game in 1 hour.

is 'your connection has temperarly been restricted from this realm. Pleas try to log in another time' same as realm down?

yes the cure to it is..........no j/k but if you running dial up restart your internet if your using modem cable/dsl unplug your modem and start back up.. well it works for me and also.. I used to get realm down alot but the weird thing is when i added another 256mb card to bring it up to 512 I have never had realm down and i mf every day in and out of games within 3 minutes. i think it helps if you comp does not lagg as much cuase i remeber before i added the memory card i used to lagg when i left games and could never join the next one cuase it would take me almost a minute to get back to channel.. but when i added the memory i am in and out of games in a few seconds its awsome.

you guys are missing what im asking, i remember someone posting a way to get around realm down by using some program with a pop server or proxy server, i just dont remember where i saw that.
