does prevent monster heal work on ubers?

no it isn't, thats another reason why time is against u...leave for like 10seconds they heal like 1/5 of their health

well the key is to keep them from healing you want to just save and exit when you die if you keep going in there and dieing thats when they start to regen and its weird cuase if i hit meph with cta first he doesnt regen so fast.

prolly ur eyes playin tricks on u XD. no it doesnt work, just keep hitting them. crushing blow helps a lot

Well i remember in 1.10 they always said thats the best way to kill uber diablo is to hit him with prevent monster heal weapon. But it doesen't work on them anymore :( :( :( Yeah cb is definantly the way to go Metoer Knight
