Is it possible to downgrade from diablo 2 1.11b to 1.11a? also, the 1.11 patch offered in the downloads section, is that 1.11a or 1.11b?

no, not unless u were only playing offline then u can surely find a 1.11a patch somewhere but for closed realm, no dice homie sry
