This is now the Offical Diablo II Warden Update thread, so instead of having everyone making threads on it, we'll just post updates with dates, and discuss upon these. (I will always keep an update in this very post, as soon as I hear about it.

Dear Blizzard Entertainment -or whom it may concern,
I am sure you know of the debates upon your new 'invention' Warden, and recently I personally and others have noticed bans, or accounts being closed. I can for a fact say, that multipul people I know do infact use hacks of a sort, however this is not the problem, since you have banned and / or closed accounts with perfectly legitimate players, and their playing accounts. Now I have a concern about the mis-scanning of peoples files, whether or not Warden scans your full PC or not. I do also have concerns about if it does scan the full PC or any files not involving Diablo II (Lord of Destruction, optional) and even this could be taken very seriously. How so? In the way if any information (personal) is stolen or believed to be "ripped" from another user's computer, they could indeed take you to court, which I do not believe you'd enjoy very much. Now, the very specific question is if you could please explain, why their accounts and CD-keys have been "closed," your plans for developing Warden, as in when does it update, how does it update, what does it scan?

As far as I know they're either, detecting and deciding who to do whatever to , or they're banning, and keeping it very quiet, however it's a fact we'll hear about it soon enough.

mm, its weird, i went on my mule, after i found out about the warden update WITHOUT any hacks on, then i logged off, then i went on my regular acc. then iw as going to xfer some items, adn then it said my mule is closed...?

does closed mean banned? or is blizzard being stupid, i looked at battle.net faq and it mentions NOTHING bout closed accounts... so im confused

If you referrence, Bartender's mule was closed too , I'll have a mate check my mule account and we'll see if they're closing mules, so people arn't uber rich maybe? I'll see.

Hell ever since i played in 1.11b its like walk freeze walk freeze , but no frame's skip' but the thing is iam running 56k ,in window mode so . Its less laggy. For me,but still games freeze.Like crazy

It's perfectly fine to state that they have been banned, and any information they know, it's full discussion to find out what exactly's going on.
