Can't upgrade to LoD

I have the legit version of LoD and D2 and can play d2 normal but when I try to play LoD I can't.
Here's what happens:
1. I upgrade to LoD (The install takes about 1-2 minutes)
2. I run LoD and get this error

3. I put in the play disk and get this error

4. Process happens over and over.

Hmmm... Lemme check. If it isn't, is that the reason?No, I don't use the full instalation, i use the recomended one. (I think thats the middle one)

Hmm... Installed full install on both and still doesn't work.

I think you had wrong CD in? Fixed either way
