i've been restricted from us east for almost 4 hours now. i already added more sleep time into my sequences. is 4 hours normal? longest i've been restriced before this was like 15 minutes. ty for your time

Are you talking about mmbot? there is a section for that... looks like you posted in general discussion, try bots>mmbot. Whats your number of runs/sleep time and how many cd keys you usin?
