My friend was in a trading game and got a Standard of heroes and asked me what it does. So I told him I'd ask on D2Sector. Your help is appreciated.

It does nothing. Most believe that it is an uncompleted item. Others just think it's a trophy for doing ubers.

I belive that ( and i have done MANY tests on this ), that it is not a trophy but an item that will be usefull in the future of this game , maybe next patch.
Almost like the wirts leg, wtf would it do wihtout teh cow level? However it would be nice if we got a LITTLE response fo Bl1zz :P

It doesn't do anything at the moment and may never, but like Coolieo says in the future of Diablo maybe next patch it may have some use. I keep all mine just in case.

I was told that when you die and you have SoH in your Inventory and you're 90+ you don't lose any exp when you die in hell like you normally would. I haven't tested it or anything because I got my zon to 90 and started a new char...so that's what I've been told. Could just be a rumor.

SoH is worth nothing dont bother getting. Its going to be a while before 1.13 comes out and word says that they didnt start. So dont keep your hopes up. If you planning for the future, i recommend u buy em. If your smart then throw em away or just dont worry about them.

Save one in case it does have a purpose and all of a sudden it's worth just as much as a torch (this is a long time down the line before the next patch)

Yeah, I always have one in my inv with lvl95 Druid, and whenever he dies, he loses as much exp as he would normally...

i cant verify that cause i pretty much never die with my hammerdin...i still think theres no way this is true because then it wouldnt do anything for HC players, and i dont think blizz would make something that benefits SC players but not HC players

Why do people keep on asking what soh does? If you been at this site at the most after 1.11 came out you would know soh does nothing. And if you haven't been here do a search. This has to be the 15th thread I've been to.

Shrug, isn't it possible that it could be some cube recipe? I mean, you can't really test every single possible combination of cube items to find out the recipe... it's possible. :o Teh Ubah Cow Level
