My friend's game wasn't working and it said to uninstall, so without realizing he couldn't find his cd-key, he uninstalled. Now he want's to know if he can play LOD without his cd-key.

He can play single player, but without a cd-key he wont be able to play Multiplayer.

Buy the game or tough luck buddy.

You can get a key generator and use that, but you won't be able to go onto Battle.net.

Tell him to do a system restore to before he uninstalled it. That might also fix his problem :O. But if it doesn't, then, yea, he'd have to go buy it.

If you could play single player... go dl the patch directly from Blizzard.net. But i doubt that will happen because i'm pretty sure you need a CD-Key even just to install single player or w.e

It's one of the first things installation aks for when you pop the disk in. Go check on ebay and see if anyone is selling cdkeys, they are very cheap so it won't be a problem to find another cd-key.

Oh you can get a free cdkey if your friend has the cd case. Just e-mail to blizzard with some details that I can't remember right now.Go to www.battle.net/support (http://www.battle.net/support)
