uber bosses

hi, i have a level 87 smiter on b net.... i have never heard of uber bosses until a couple weeks ago.. (sadly) i have no clue how to get to them... so i would really like it if someone could give me a detailed explanation of how to get to them.. thx!

ok... is it possible to do this on single player as well? and what difficulty does it have to be on?

hell difficulty in act 5. you need a mod to play in single player
