Actually it's quite the opposite. East tends to be for duelling, and Europe is for playing the game (or Asia).

When i played east it had barely any dueling. But it had alot of non expert duelers so it was fun. Also east items rule.
I think West is for dueling. Tons Pk rooms. I miss east so ill vote east

west nl = always a duel game
if u want a duel game, u try pk, pk1,pk2,pk3,etc etc.. ur bound to find one.
pk3 is my usual favourite for no particular reason :)
west rules, cuz everyone is a jerk and thats great, friendly people are annoying
