It is far easier to change messages in the chat then it is to change the names of items, but you can still do it with mods.

RGX mod does not change the names of torches, but other mods may. I have never heard of a mod that did, he must have made his own.

Bugged items have stats higher then the maximum possible on that item. The name is never different.

yeah that was probably just a mod. pretty cool though. know what you should do, sell it on ebay or whatever. stupid people will probably massively over bid for it. and you can just find out what mod it is and make a bunch, just an idea but imagine if you could pop $100 off some noob for that. i mean, you can't use it anyways.

Really only matters if you do a lot of buying\selling on ebay. For those that do not, it is an easy buck.

Actually, a bugged item does not always have to have higher than maximum stats. I've seen a bugged annhilus that was actually a 14/16/8, but it was a grand charm rather than a small charm that looked like Mephisto's Soulstone.

if you were going to mod this item or whatever you did, why did you make it LESS USEFUL? if i were to do something like this, i would have put the lvl req at like 1, added like 10 skills, and at the very least made it 20/20

The evil force thing appears when you create bugged items with Hero Editor. I once gave myself a super mana *** and it came up as an evil force...

if u made a non expansion character with expansion character items it comes up with evil force and crazy things like tht also it is invisble hence u cant see the torch
