Really Really goofy

This is a synapsis of a conversation in FFXI...
It is 3 AM EST my time so bear(sp) with me..
Him: I want my game wife to do mager damage in the game,
Me: I am putting you ALL to shame. I want to switch weapons from knuckles to staff...for the love of GOD I am level 75 and I am embarrassing all of you.
Me: WTF I can kill with a staff.
Him: But I want to see your uber damage.
Me: How about get the hell over it...we have less than an hour left in this party and I am changing weapons.
Him:Ok Hun use your staff.
Me:Wise choice dear. Staff equiped.
Him:You always win.
Me:No love I always argue with reason...I am a level 75 Monk,,,,you are a level 72...I do believe I know the job.
Me: Why do you think I do not know this job? I have 6 Monks?
Him: Ok point taken...use your staff.
Me: why TY sir...I think I will.

Nah...the time limit was that it was 3 A.M.EST , we are all tired and cranky. The whole party decided when to call it quits.I was the highest level person in the party and my Knuckles ....well...they rock the house in damage. I can only skill up my Staff on Monk,or a mage job.He just likes to see me kill so fast,but I was putting them to shame in damage and decided to change from Knuckles to Staff.His mistake was trying to lecture me on how to be a Monk. I get a little pissed when he tries to tell me how to do a job I am maxed out in.75 is as high as you can go in FFXI,and atm I am earning merit points to enhance certain abitities.I have earned 15 over all....he is working on his second.I have 8 strength and need 1 more to merit STR *strength* to its max.When I fight I do sick damage..and it does not really matter if it is a Staff or Knuckles.(and on a side note I butchered the word *mager* it is*major*)

BTW My Knuckles are called Destroyers...one of the most sought after in the game and very awsome.

Now i know how you feel when we talk about D2 stuff you must be like "huh?" lol I understood like half of what you were talking about.

LOL A Monk is normally H2H skills (hand to hand) We basically beat the crap out of shit...very powerful. A Staff has many attributes that a Monk seeks...it adds Mind,Accuracy,Dexterity,Evasion,Health point Regen, and various other things ...depending on the Staff you equip. I have the 2 best Staffs in the game...and use them both on Thief and Monk. Saddly as Thief I can not skill them.....meaning increase their hit rate and effectivness.

He then said *You are just bored*...to which I replied *I am slaughtering eveything in sight!*
Him:So keep it up!
Me: I dragged your happy ass out 2 times today to level...stfu and I will use any weapon I want.
Him: Ok already!
Me: Good man...btw there is a monster right behind you about to hit you.

LOL Yah It got on my last good nerve...and at 3 A.M. was not a good time to piss me off. I know my job, I play well..and I was really close to telling him "Ok ...bright boy...How about I stick this staff in you where the sun doesn't shine? I can use those Knuckles then....because you will be wearing my Staff"
