well wut i have heard a fire sorcs meteor can do up to 25k dmg.....and wut i have experiance , blizz can only do 3k dmg, so i was thinkin fire sorcs are better? if so can someone show me a fire guide? thx!

Perfect orb duelists own -- nightwing viel, so many cold facets that they start pooring out of ur ***, p death fathoms and the rest of the shit. The only thing fire sorc are good for is town guarding, and killing hammerdins/barbs/chargers.

who said blizz only went up to 3k? my friend has 8k. blizz is way better for pvp becuz its really hard to resist and almost impossible to aborb all. orb is easier to absorb but easy to aim as well. fire has a lot of dmg, but with full res a 20k fb will only take u down by 1/3, while blizz kills in 1 hit most of the time.

theoretically, fire sorcs would win becuz there is no cool down time for fb and u can tele then shoot w/o leaving urself defenseless, but u need fcr out the *** to do it well

LOL BLIZZ SORCS KICK *** i do 12k with it. meteor does so much damage because it's so slow, kinda like blizzard. The best PvP sorc is one with the following maxed out:
ice bolt
frozen orb
chilling armor
thunder storm
(and whatever gives thunder storm a bonus)

WHO DUELS WITH CASTING SORCS?
if u want to duel, melee sorcs own.
the best duelers are necros and smite pallys

Blizz sorcs are hands down the best for pvm/mfing. Orb sorcs just blow. Fireball duelers own with a 22k fireball just site out there and spam balls then someone get to close tele to other side of em. My fires sorc rocked in duels and thats all she did. I have a lvl 94 blizz sorc that does my mfing.

My opinion is that Blizzard sorcs are better than orb sorcs. Orb sorcs have the Thunder storm, which is good, but they sacrifice dmg for it. My Windy druid owns orb sorcs much easier than blizzard sorcs. If i keep recasting cyclone armor i can take down a blizzard sorc once i catch them. If i go after an orb sorc alls i have to do is cach up. very little to no recasting required. Btw my windy druid is lvl 60 and has owned level 80+ orb sorcs. The highest lvl blizzard sorc i killed was lvl 75. and that was a semi close one

Orb sorcs can own, I have had a 1300 damage orb with ease. Thats 1300 per spike that is shot out. this is how you do it

20 Thunder storm
20 Thunder mastery
20 Ice bolt
20 Frozen orb
20 Ice mastery

Fathom + 5/5 facet
P Nightwings + 5/5 facet
Lidless + 5/5 facet
Maras
2 SoJs
Arachnids
CoH
Magefist/Trangs
10 Cold mastery GCs
Annihilus
+life SCs


You should be good to go, the only thing that is hard to kill are Windy Druids, and Duel Raven frosts -

Strategy: Teleport and shoot orbs around target, using Thunderstorm should do sufficient damage as well as knock your target back and therefore you can own pretty easily. Thats my guide but whatever - ORB SORCS SUCK IN HELL - (except for Meph runs and some Pindle runs)

Its a decent build but I still like the blizz better in duels cuz of the popularty of ravens and aborbs. blizz more dam and its like 1 hit kill.

Blizzard sorc are too over-rated in my oppinon, my barb has only been killed by 1 blizz sorc and he was a total expert - that tells alot about most of these gd newbs
