Which Cellphone to Get?

Well my Cingular cellphone plan is coming to an end which means its time to get a new cellphone. Any phone in particular you guys recommend? I just want something simple and nice. The phone im looking at is the Motorola SLVR L7 http://img.phonescoop.com/img/p/245/683_1.jpg which looks nice and can play music. Any suggestions would be nice.

depends on your price range and who you plan to call up. If its just friends get like all tell fore the my friends things, or if you use it for like long distance get Version their great at that but cost more than others.

if i were u id get anything but motorola.
all the motorola phones ive had sucked, which include v235 and v3 razr... slowest and most complicated UI ever. EVER!!

if u dont mind spending lots on a phone, get a good nokia phone, probably the best out there.
If u really must get a cheap phone, well i guess ur stuck with either motorola or sony ericsson
the newest motorola would be the "KRZR". maybe since its the newest one it wont suck as much as the others
and sony ericssons (the cybershot one and the other one with 4gb internal storage) are ok except i hear the batteries drain real fast.

idk depends what you want. like a good camera on your phone or not or if you want your phone to have video recording which is always fun lol. or to play music and a lot of other stuff. just depends what things you want on your phone.

are you keeping cingullar or getting a new service provider? i reccomend spirt as they kick ass lol.

I dunno, I suggest getting a phone that is more reliable for communication rather then going for the other things such as video/music etc. Only because I'd rather have my phone when I need it to call someone then to watch tv.

get the same phone as me a Motorola v3X they are very good phones and can hold all your music ect.. internet the lot

i have the krzr and i got no complaints
its not as fancy as the iphone but its not crap like... crap...
so its a good phone for regular use. but it has a glass type cover so you should get a razr incase you drop it.

currently my phone is the VG8300 but idk if thats a verizon only but it still is awesome MP3 player,Phone,digital Camera never had a problem out of it its 300bucks without a contract though =(

I'm also a holder of a razr v3x, loving it so far updated it with a 2gb flash card to store all my music.

the iPhone looks really cool

but looks are often decieving. I have a feeling its gonna have alot of issues for the first model. And not to mention the battery life...
