I am lacking in the required post count on this site to post a URL. I am sorry that I did not know this and I will make an effort to correct this.

OMFG! i just typed out text for the last 30 mins and this is what i get? i had no urls or anything.

Okay its like this, get your firends or your diablo 2 discs, all of them too ( expansion/ play disc/ cinematics/ instal disc )

get a program like RecordNow or Nero.

copy all the discs to a .iso format with each name e.g. playdisc.iso and so on.

now launch your installed daemontools (inside the .zip file below)

and right click on its icon ( near time clock ) and put emulation options all on. and go to virtual drive and set number to 1 drive.

now go back to virtual dvd rom and mount an i9mage onto device 0 and mount each image as required, e.g. for diablo 2 original installation, you would mount play disc, then instal disc, then cinematics, then play disc, as each one is required, then do the same for installing expansion.

once you have done that, if you installed just the original, only mount play disc, for expansion the expansion.iso

diablo 2 will now run and you can play without cd on battlenet and not get banned. i can assure this as i did a 12 hour no cd test non-stop.

Or use Alcohol 120% or 52%, and as for reasurance, i've done it for a month as half since and nothing, cause it isn't a hack, it just makes a fake drive that thinks it has the disk in it, btw, installing cinematics is a waste of space, i just go on multiplayer each time, then when i do each act click cancel on the insert cinematics disk.
