MMBot Detected Yet?

I bought an mf sorc for my friend, and we're sharing accounts and I wanted him to setup a bot so he can have more than just a welfare windy and a mf sorc. And I wanted to know if mm.bot is detected yet.

Blizzard hasn't cared about diablo2 for years. I was never banned for mm.BOT and if they did start banning for it you would see hundreds of posts about it.
