Get an Act2 merc and put insight on it, that will be most effective.

yeah, i got a herald of zakarum now so I wont be using my insight

Use spirit if you're poor. It's really easy to make and its not that hard to find a 4 socket sword. And while you're waiting for your 45 resist all pally shield, just make one out of a pshield that has some resistance (socket quest).
