Yep, Death is THE best Frenzy weapon, if I remember correctly.
For 2nd hand? Grief, I'd say.

last wish/death works good, but I perfer ebotd cb's NOT AXES:

Frenzy barbs are plagued with the "can't hit anything" bug. This is when you're swinging at something and missing 100% of the time simply because you starte swinging before you were actaully in range. This bug happens way more often with axes than it does with the longer colossus blades (even though the axes do more damage). I play a frenzy barb to be lazy. Just hold down the right mouse button and run around letting the auto engage that happens off the right mouse attack anything I run into.

The other reason to use ebotd weapons is the +30 all attributes on them. you can str glitch your barb and have 10k life after bo with botd weapons. The also come with ignore target defence and no regen for monsters. Yes, you will kill slower with them than you do with a lw/doom combo, but you're immune. I simply frenzy through nihilathaks minions in full games and let him c/e them. it doesn't hurt that bad, and I'm still at full heath after hitting one monster 1 time. I'm not awayre of any other character that can tank ce's as fast as nihilithak can spam them. Also the bugged vipers don't one shot me. The only way I do die is from iron maiden, but that's a common problem for any melee barb that doesn't suck.

If you perfer to manualy left click on everything, then by all means use the higher damage axes. last wish is godly on a frenzy barb, and I'd be tempted to use a pair of them if death wasn't such a good weapon... (I doubt lw can go on an axe though-not sure as I perfer swords)

i see some frenzy barbs useing grief and lw pbs for dmg and life tap but those are for pvm i have seen any good pvp frenzy barbs
