View Full Version : Now I need REAL help.

So, I downloaded the whole Diablo II, and Diablo II LoD, with purchases CD keys in hopes to play on closed. Well, I cant run D2 loader without having patch 1.11, and I cant open the game with no CD. What do I do? I had to install it weird, by mounting it to a drive, each time I had to replace disks during install. Could I somehow do that and trick it into thinking there is a disk in my drive?

Theres a manual patch I think.

Or you can just burn the iso into a cd and put it physically into your drive.

I tried the manual patch, it says I cant install it or something, I have a more up to date version. I have 1.7...

And I dont have a CD burner.

download the latest patch before you install d2loader!

If you put the iso, then it will be like you actually have a cd in your drive. Then that you should be able to patch it. Did you try that?

I'm not stupid, lol. I can't DL the new patch, the manual patch doesn't work and I can't open the game to DL the latest patch.


If you put the iso, then it will be like you actually have a cd in your drive. Then that you should be able to patch it. Did you try that?

If I put the iso where? I used daemon tools, and just right clicked and hit mount. I did that, it autoruns the CD, and it still says I dont have it in my drive.

I got it to work! Dont ask me how, but I did...But now really unfortunate that my CDkeys that I purchased online dont work...If only I could find the keys I have been using for the past 4 years, I guess they are in the trash >.<
