Im here to help any of you new or newer rogues at everything from best places to level/grind, the best and easiest armor and weapons to grab on the way, to best leveling talent builds. Anything you need help with, ask away, im more then willing to help.
Ive gotten my rogue to 53 in a matter of 3 weeks (while working a full time job, and having a regular life) which i know isnt a speed record or anything, but ive figured out an easy and quicker way of working things.
so ASK AWAY, dont be shy, i love to share knowledge.
also if u just want to discuss rogues in general whether it be talent builds/ grinding guides / item guides, go ahead and SPIT IT OUT.
these forums are just a bit dead so im trying to get any of you reading, to speak up.

Well thanks!
Well first off, I was wondering for pvp, is there a "Energy management" that rogue players have to do, so that you perfectly time when your energy recharges so you dont waste time. Cause when I Pvp, i always have a long period of time without energy and this is bad.
Second, do you have a good SS swords build. I just cant seem to put the talents correctly.
Lastly, I know rogues OWN in 2v2, but im almost going to 3v3 arena with my friends and Im wondering is that bracket still good for rogues.
THANKS!

first off, most of your questions are a matter of opinion, which makes it difficult because it just depends on who you are talking to.
secondly, what lvl are you? you failed to mention that.
as for energy management as a rogue in pvp, it is all up to you. it depends on your level and slightly on your build, but if your combat, a typical opener would be CS, followed by a quick SnD, then start mashing SS, finishing with a Evisc at anywhere from 3-5 combo points, depending on targets remaining health.
however if u dont like waiting for energy to regen from zero to throw your next attack, some rogues like to keep 30 er so energy in reserve, for things such as an emergency kick to stop a cast.
all that means is that you would have to open with 2 SS instead of 3, to keep the spare energy.
I personally dont bother in PVP, unless its Open world pvp and im ganking a caster, particularly a lock. i will obviously expect them to fear as soon as they can so i will CS>SnD>SS then wait and save my remaining energy until he starts casting fear which is usually, almost instantly. then use kick to interrupt it. by then chances are the squishy is in bad shape.
obviously there will be different strategies like that depending on what class your fighting, but in BGs things typically move too fast to bother. often, it will just lead to u missing your killing blow to a fellow teammate.
depending on your lvl, theres a combat talent you can get that will give you a chance of +15 energy when your offhand hits, but you wouldnt get that until ~40 if your pure combat (if i remember correctly), and ~48-50 with the way i suggest going on ur talents for leveling.
unless your 70, dont worry about Arena at all. There is no benefit whatsoever to doing arena sub-70, unless they have changed it, and i didnt notice? but its doubtful.
anyways get back to me and let me know what lvl you are, then ill suggest a talent build.
(P.S. i sincerely hope you don't plan on being stricty pvp with a combat spec rogue, if so your in for a hard time! ive stayed Comb spec with my rogue even for pvp, but you will have a really hard time 1v1 vs a Sub spec, and more often then not get outperformed everywhere else by them as well)

Well I agree with fenix i assume you lvl 70 rogue if you doing arena if so PVP rouges in PVP gear will always struggle for energy that why most pvp rogues go for a mace hybrid spec or the old cookie cutter spec, you can go for hemo/shadowstep build both of which use less energy allowing for kidney shotting then using improved backstab.
The 20/41/0 spec is full combat spec and is ur highest damage potential for PVE and relies mostly on white damage and keeping SnD up at all times, improved poison is the best for reliable dps in that spec but atm trying out improved eviscerate and seeing how that works for me.
But with any build its up to ur cycle in that build that will determine how good you are with it.
