yes there is. there are many sites built that way. the bots usually say the sites in realms in chat.

you'll have to know a bit of html, php, some macro. delphi. standard unix commands and windows commands and alot of bd scripts that is used to build the trojans. though it will destroy your computer in the process during the build.
