Rishiodi's Pindle Bot, PLZ HELP ME!

IT goes to the login screen but it doesnt login, it just sits there and does nothing. i read the read-me and did it but, it never helped.
Can you guys plz help me?

you need to change the delays in the pickit.ini file

If your resoultion is 800 x 600 try changing it to 1025 x 768.
