what is cold immune??

hi, i know this is quite a dumbass question to ask, but what IS cold immune?
is it just higher cold resist, or is the monster actully un affected by cold damage?

I'm asking this because i'm wundering if i make a cold sor, and i had max cold mastry which peirces enemies cold resistance, would my cold skills do any damage to cold immunes?

no way....LOL...cold mastery cant help to destroy cold immunes....let your merc take care of these cold immunes.....that are unffected by cold...

LOLOLOOL if u knew what immune meant (IMMUNE MEANS UNAFFECTED BY) which means cold attcks wont do s*** not even a scratch........that is a simple word how u not know that?
