How do you hack a pay website

How you hack into a pay website ?
My friend tell me about it but I'm not sure if it's possible or not. He said that you a special progam to do so, i ask him for the progam but he said that one of his friend transfer the progam on the web to his comp and he can't seem to burn it.


So do any of you know about the progam i'm talking about ? or have something simillar to it Please tell me about it or show me where i can get one.
