Where must i put skills ??

well i already saw this one but i found it quite messy ( too much informations ... ) though might have been a huge work to do. I just need to know where to put skills and stats ..

Okay
20 Charged Strike
20 Lightning Fury
20 Lightning Strike
1-10 Dodge
1-10 Evade
1-5 Avoid
1 Valk
1 Jab
1 Slow Missles
Rest is Pre Req

Stats are

Dex 150 or more
Strength enough for equip
Vitality rest of em go here
Energy keep at base.

I think thats it.
