Have I been hacked?

ok so just today I bought myself a brand new copy of Diablo 2 LOD I mae sure that my keycode was legit and everything and as soon as I sign on to battle.net to play on the west realm, it tells me that i cant login here because some guy named onlyers daddy is already using my keycode...

this is serious bullshit!

then I go to the east realm and just try to login there, it works yeah, but then when i go in to chat, it tells me that my account has been muted and that I cant chat...

I just want to know if there is a way around this so that I don't have to go and buy another copy od D2 classic and/or LOD.

that is just some serious bullshit...

hmm by the looks of it someone might have used a CD key generator. most likely u have to buy a new Key. Its not exspensive though. Return the game to where ever u bough it from and get a new one. Make sure they have a return policy b4 u buy ne games ever
