Invincible To Arrows (And Other Projectiles as well)

Something that has been around for a long time, I just about posting it. Dunno if it is patched now. :confused: I'll get around to testing it later. :P

To do it, find someone dead in softcore, then stand on their body, and make your "plus sign" line up with their body's "plus sign" on the automap. When they go get their body, you will be invincible to arrows, and most projectile attacks as well (like frozen orbs) :D . Doesn't work with thunder storm. :(

Go try it out now! Fun to annoy PKs! :P Too bad they aren't that many in softcore. :o

kev that doesnt always work. Some times it glitches and sometimes not. Players if you try this watch out for knockback weapons. its usually about 50/50 that this actually works fully

Yes, it doesn't always work. The crossed have to be perfectly aligned. :D

Actually, I got it to work while I was picking up my own body. I noticed that my cross and the corpse's cross were aligned so I picked my corpse up and stayed there. And I was invincible, lol. :P

i know the crosses have to be perfectly aligned but even if they are its not 100% + that it will work.

You want to be invincible to arrows, do a combo setup. Measure the ctb to near negative and then use ctb charms to get it to 75%. best to do it 1% at a time. use -180 block rate then add 100% with 100 missile and melee on the shield. best if its stormshield or hand of blessed light. It will give you 80+% chance to block all attacks if made with a towershield or a monarch. to finish the invincible to arrows, use iron skin weapon block and evade charms. to be an ass, cast chilling armor with it. :D you'll be near invincible to invincible from arrows from there. chances of high damage on you are very slim:D have fun!

What is ctb?
How do you get -180 blockrate?
did u use an item editor to get these values?
How do you get chilling armor + iron skin? you cant be a barb n sorc at the same time.
