dia clone has max resi so it best to use phsyical dmg against him... make sure u also hav max resi + dmg redu + high AR so u dont get wasted..all i can think of.
when he died he drops uniq charm called annihilus (most of the time)

It is a very kool charm, but cannot be traded in the trade screen (grr) So people like to do drop scams. Watch out for those lil buggers lol
