HEYman- ur sig was cool before too. i was just goin with some of the newer sigs i saw on the last like 2 pages or so.
oh ya i also made a matchin ava using a cutout border tutorial.
Use twirl on the clouds. Then right click on that layer, duplicate. Make the new layer go to Lighten mode and then go to edit and flip. Thats how i did it, all on my own. tuts are pretty boring. i just mess around alot on it
