How to Dupe items in Single Player? - DolbyDigital - 10-07-2004

ha, still confused

Single Player - Closed Battle.net
Multiplayer - Closed Battle.net
Battle.net - Battle.net

that how it was working in my brain. Is this open Battle.net another way of saying Multiplayer (TCP/IP games) or whats goin.

Quote:yeah open battle.net where you can play your single player character

open bnet means single player or TCP/IP games with your friends?

What about my question all the way up top. Are there still ways different then single player to dupe items on multiplayer or do you have to go way out of your way and hack the game and all that other jizzy jazz.

jamella: works with single player
your single player character cannot be edited when ur on open bnet, open bnet is when u click on like other multiplayer and click on open bnet (i think) if its not their then just look for an open bnet button. open bnet is just like single player, except u can play ur char with other people.

closed bnet has a few hacks on it but its mostly legit

shadowmaster is also another editor .. but out of them all i would say go with hero editor... overall it is the easiest to use and works the best

is it natural that all the v1.08 items dont work or do i have to do something special to stick them on my character. Im talking about the trading post site.

It does work for open, open bnet uses your chars saved on your pc,I've made tons of items for single/open bnet .
and yeah you find open battlenet under the other multiplayer tab, open is the place to play if you like hacked items +99 skill small charms, hexes all kinda hacked gear.

You have to check what version they are if there not 1.10 they wont work.,if you have 1.10 installed.

did battle.net duping stop with v1.10?

How to Dupe items in Single Player? - SoulessKnight - 10-08-2004

on closed bnet it did except for some people that have private dupe methods.. but as far as the public masses go duping is still impossible on closed bnet.. open bnet and single player hero editor will handle everything

thats fine with me. I am a bigfan of hacked items though. Think it adds more range to the game.

How to Dupe items in Single Player? - Silver Ice - 10-09-2004

yeah and besides, most hacked items are limited

in what ways exactly? I was always curious what stopped them from going power mad and making something extremely ridiculous?

How to Dupe items in Single Player? - tymoney321 - 10-09-2004

Its can only have I think 30 attributes since the game was made that way(Ith jewels can hold 60x7+30)
Thats 450 attributes on 1 item. Ammys rings armor helms weapons and shields can be socketed 7 times. so 450*6=2700. Belt gloves boots can have 30*3=90+2700=2790

40 charms can fit in your stash 40*30=1200+2790=3990 attributes. Thats hellagood if you know what attributes to put on the items. What stops people from doing so is filesize. If your filesize is to big you cant join games(Not sure about create). If your damage gets too high or hp or mana it might roll back and set its self to 1.

Correct me if i'm wrong

extremly ridiculous lol i got some plus 99 skill small charms around somewhere

How to Dupe items in Single Player? - tymoney321 - 10-12-2004

But 99 skill charms are useless. The highest you can get is 99. Even if your inv is full of 99 skill charms it wont have any affect.

How to Dupe items in Single Player? - elterion - 10-12-2004

To get higher than 99 of a skill, put jewels in your armor/weapon etc. Then put the same skill on every jewel in that armor. The levels stack up.

DolbyDigital Wrote:i've been googling this all day but it's all stuff that doesnt seem to work. Like clicking on an item right before going into a portal. Clicking on an item and then clicking on a potion right when you pick it up.

I figured since it's Single Player and not hurting anybody that nobody would mind helpin me out and telling me a way. I want to keep some items for the next offline character i make.

Thanks.

Kind of off-topic but, this duping method is used on D1.

Just get Zonfire and you can dupe all you want, even make items.
