The boots require you to be Level 66 and have 115 Strength, as long as you meet both of those requirements, you can wear them. It's as easy as that.
well i know that but i was just wondering when i would be able to use them if i was to wear enigma.

i'm still a little confused :S. i still don't know if i should put one into bone prison or not. i'm still a little hesitant to put one into it or not. so can someone please clarify whether or not i should put one into bone prison or not.
