First off, you are in no way or form eligable to accuse others of bad grammer.

Secondly, I never said it was a fact the "he" was caught with narcotics.

Thirdly, I only said that I heard his boat was found containing narcotics, not that it was a fact.

I have nothing to say about government, but I wanted to read some intelligent opinions, and you all fail at those. Except Math, he of course is the leader of the world.
