Alight blizz sorc it is.
My mf char is a blizz sorc and thats all i use it for and she only does 4k dam with full mf but I know how to turn her into a dueler
Skills:
Blizzard and all of its synenergys(including mastery)
1 to frozen shield
1 into en shield (This is if u choose not to wear ss and get max block)
1 warmth
Stats: Same as most chars
Str: just enough for gear
Dex: for max block I DO SUGGEST THIS
Vit: rest into here
en: most dont need to lvl this with sojs and stuff but if u need u can put some in here but vit is the most important by far.
Iteams: Im pretty sure about this
Perf Night Wing
perf mara
perf blizz ormus faceted/COH ( id use ormus u can find resis other places)
magefist/trangs (trangs gives 30 cold resis other than that they are the same)
Arracnids mesh/snow clash (snow clash will give u more dam but not much else)
perf fathom( faceted)
umed or faceted SS/Sanc monarch/ Lidless
Umed shako
Sand storm treks
2 soj
Cta (on switch)
lidless (on switch)
10 cold chrms with 35 life
Im assuming that this would be the correct gear for a dueling blizz sorc. I dont use mine for dueling so im only like 90% sure. If ne corrections just tell me

A note on pvp zons: the term is actually 'nerfed' I think (see previous post)...and zons aren't really so hot for pvp anymore. I would prolly recommend 16060ias and a 40/15ias wf or a BOTD hydra (the leech won't help for life, but the stats will) for a duelling zon, along with plenty of 290s and 32020s, as well as anni. It's probably safe to suggest that you use a 120/45 ias helm as well. My idea would be to be as fast as possible. 2xp raven would be good as rings. But I am a pvm builder. The more I think of it, the less appealing I find the idea of a pvp zon. I hear that a top-notch necro or sorc is virtually unbeatable against chars who don't have overmaxed resists (especially in hell difficulty). Maybe read up the bit about blizz sorcs above? :confused:

For Pvm do blizz for Dueling do fire. I have both and i only use my fire for dueling. She has a 22k fire ball and it owns in duels. Just pick which one u want and ill tell u what to do

lol not with a 22k fb dam ..... maybe with a low fb dam but not 22k
If you really wanna be gay and put on mass absorb put on flamebellow , rising sun, 2 darf stars. Ive seen this done and it helps but 22k fb wont heal even this much absorb

blessed Aim 20
Redemption 1 (use to get life and mana in baal runs very very handy)
Holy shield : when you are done with all ur syn skills dump points into here its always helpful.
Stats:
Str : yet again just enough to wear iteams
Dex: enough so you have 75%(max) block with holy shield on
Vit: ALL OF THE REST OF YOUR POINTS GO IN HERE
En: of course none!

Breast PLate enigma ( I Love it because of the low str req so you can have base str and concentrate more on vit)

on your weapon get a cta so you can bo.
Lvling is pretty basic:
1-10 or 12 act 1 killling stuff
12-15 or 16 sewers
16 - 20 tomb runs (this is a lot better than arcane with full game believe me)
20-24 Normal cows with high lvl
25 kill ancients
25- 99 baal runs
