Odd? I think Aussies make bad cheesecake...because here in the states, cheesecake is the shiznizzle. And that's no exaggeration; it's literally the literal definition of shiznizzle. Oh, and don't eat the french kind. Frenchies can't make it either. It's too..whipped. A nice, solid, New York style is the best. If you're going to have a fruity kind, btw, make it a sweet fruit, not a citrus fruit. Like... cherry, strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry. Those are the approved cheesecakes.
Oh, Jello makes some bomb instant cheesecake mix stuff. Maybe pick some of that up. Take a bath in it. Whatever.
