Nigma's has made making chars much more interesting lol..but again it depends on what type of char you are...all those runewords are useful for a specific type

Can't really judge a weapon to an armor, they all come in handy at different times. Personally I've found my enigma the most USEFUL not the BEST.

By far I think Enigma, is not only for all the kick a$$ mods, but the ability to tele. Now a close second is the bug'd etheral COH w/1400+def, have to admit this is pretty sweet. enigma's order is "Jah Ith Ber" i use that on diablo 2 but it doesn't say armor jahithber the enigma i need advice. o this is what it is
