Based on the obervations of anyone who does ubers regularly, 'No'. Pally and Sorc torches seem much less common than sin and druid torches. I dont know if this is official anywhere, but everyones results seem consistent

well i've only done three ubers for myself and every time i got a barb torch
. so it's probably just odds. sorcs/pallys probably just seem more rare because there are more pallys and sorcs and druids and sins so you need more of that torch.

i've done like 70+ uber runs, found 0 pally torches, 2 barb torches, 4 sorc torches, the were rest all nec, zon, druid, or asn. so dont try and tell me the odds of all dropping are the same.
