^holy cow, i hate that! especially when the doctor is diagnosing you wrong, is treating you for the wrong diagnosis (not the one he says or the one you do have, something different), and then saying something along the lines of :"him owning the spawnage of germs, and to come back in a week."
quite literally, a doctor i went to in kentucky who was from Italy or something said this to me.
