Btw, about religion. You guys might say something like a caveman wrote the book or whatever. But it doesn't matter how foolish the ideas in the bible are. The point is, if you pay importance to religion, you have to believe whatever the bible says and not really care about what it says. So I think pointing out that a caveman wrote the bible isn't a good debate point. Because as it says in the bible, the bible carries the message of god even though it is written by man.

I dislike religion, its a excuse to preach hate hidden underneath half assed morals. Nearly every war was started due to religion, yet people hold it in such high regard, Which to me is ignorant, people beleive if they act out the word of god that they will go to some sort of heaven. But the way they do it is disgusting, They prejudge people, they kill all who isn't part of their religion, And they think only inwards so that they will go to "Heaven". Doesn't that sound a little selfish?
Ofc, There are some who are part of these religions that don't, But Most people in religions such as christianity and islam are hatefull bigots, Who do nothing but grow their ego through misguided hate and predujice.
And i the end, They do this under the blind hope that such a god exists, if such a god did exist, Do you think he would stand by as humans destroyed the world and preached hate? And please dont give me the good and the bad arguement. I doubt a "God" would stand by and watch a world where babies are slaughtered, People of different skin are mudered for their color, and where a simple choice of Partner can get you abused and sometimes killed for simply being what you are.

Ofc, I don't beleive it is all religion, But it is so vague that people can easily use it asan excuse for these things, and they do, As such it is in fact religions fault, people beleive in this stuff due to fear that when they die it is over, which in its self says they have a problem with acceptance. Thus the whole prejudice cycle starts.

religion itself is not the entire problem. it is the fear and hate that lie behind religion that is the problem. people fight all the time because they fear an outside influence will come in and make their religion a minority and they cant stand not being the big man with the stick. then there are the people who have blind hate toward a person who is different so they use religion as a mask to hide behind to preach hate and intolerance toward the different people. god hates this. god hates that. no, you hate etcetera and you're using the name of god to back your idiocy.

People do use religion as an excuse. BUT religion itself IS NOT bad. Religion teaches all the good things, but its retards who use it in a bad way and use it to their advantage. You can't blame it completely on religion because someone who REALLY did follow one religion, they would be a good person. Blame the ones who misuse religion, don't blame religion itself. there is a simple answer to this. god does not seek to control us. he gave us FREE WILL. we there fore have the power to disobey him or obey him. its that easy.. think about it, he doesnt want to control us. thats why there is free will. we can do what ever we want. in essence, god will stand by and watch us do horrible things.

I read the first page and nothing more, but only thing I saw was the bible flaming. for firsts, i have the same views on gays as bloodangel26, or whatever is name is. i think gays are fine, some are actually pretty cool, they share my interests half the time just not the same sexual preference, but flamers... oh god, flamers. they're scary as hell, gay as hell, think too much of themselves, love to put people down, and a bunch of other stuff that just makes them be other people, wallowing in your gayness is annoying.

Well, god doesn't control us, he did give us free will. But, he provided us with enough faith and enough of everything so that we actually have a choice of becoming religious. I mean, once you die and if god tells you that you're going to hell because of not believing in him, you can't complain, because god DID provide you with enough influence so that you actually could believe in god.
