Well I've never been in trouble for it, Only time I got in trouble was the old Grab it thing and that was because I took someone Ballista in town with it lol[When I first started playing]

read title wrong at first thought it said mh started to get pissed off at the 900th thread about mh, but then i noticed that it said pickit lol. anywayz pickit is undetectable enough taht u wont get banned. anywayz banning isnt that bad look at me i get banned 1/2 of the week i dont seem to mind it much
