meph can too drop any rune, but a chance for him to drop 2 high runes is pretty impossible

highest i have had meph drop was a mal rune.. and i thought that was lucky .. i suppose it might be possible but i have never seen it happen.. and dropping 2 high runes is probably never going to happen
