best place to get them is
nithliaks temple
halls of pain
hall of vaught
U can get them there ALOT and alot of other cool items
3 soc armors
3 soc awsoem claws
(personal favorite)superior eth vortex shild 4 open sockets
3-5 socket flails
all that good stuff

ok...... the pit is godly to find anythigng.......i found tmight arachnids....ummmmmm it can drop anythign pindle can and drops tonssss of elite sorkets i found a 6os eth cb one time it was sweet

and ur wrong the pit cant drop anything pindle can

cant drop grandfather
cant drop arkines valor
cant drop wf
teh chances of tmgiht dropping in the pits is amazing its like .000000041%

the monsters are lvl 85 in the pit so they could drop those items. id try hell cows, i often find socketed and eth items there

fudgehead u have no idea wtf ur talking about.......u can find ANYTHING IN THE PIT stupid....
as silverice said the guys in the pit are lvl 85 and so is pindle.....HE CAN DROP EVERYTHING IN THE GAME...

pit is located in the tamoe highlands.. and i doubt the pit can drop all of the stuff pindle can.. also i will check out nikalhlets temple and see what i can find .. anyone else know of a better place?

this guy i know says ninlathak frequently drops high runes, but obviously if u kill him u cant enter the portal for pindle anymore. even drawback i guess

In case you didn't know, Pindle's level is 87, not 85. And he can't drop Arachs, Tyrael's, and he CAN drop Anni if you spawn DClone at him.

It seems that an abundance of socketed items drop in Cow level.
