Thats your mistake.... the .dll files have to be in a directory called "Plugins" which, when created, is located at:

C:\...\Diablo II\Plugins

Then throw the files into that directory (Just the .dll and .ini files).

where or how do i create. can u take me step by step? if u can, post it, or do you have AOL instant messanger or MSN messanger?

1. Open up the Diablo II folder
2. Right-click on any white area within the folder
3. Choose New->New Folder from the context menu
4. When the new folder is created, it should still be highlighted. If it is, type "Plugin". If not, read 4a.
4a. Right click the new folder and choose rename from the context menu. Then type "Plugin" without the quotes.
5. Put the .dlls and .ini files into the "Plugin" folder by dragging them over the folder or right-click the files and choose "Cut". Then open the "Plugin" folder and right-click anywhere and choose "Paste".
