i think it does, because if it didnt he wouldnt be stating for an eth vortex shield. anyway i got a 308 def shield 4 soc eth but its not vortex, and im looking for more then 1500 points anyway

eth vortex shields are one of the hardest items in the game to find thats why their so pricy

And vortex is agreeably one of the hardest items in the game to find, but still shouldn't be more than around 2k points. Anything else, it would just be foolish. Buy an item with that amount of points, then trade the the shield on b.net or something.
