Old Folks Reunion - Karant - 11-01-2004

Ok, only members from June 2004 or before can post here.
So what do you guys think about all these new people joining?

Old Folks Reunion - Nubli - 11-01-2004

Sucks, my, nuts.

All they do is join, post a few times, then never return. Otheres spam their life away.

Old Folks Reunion - elterion - 11-01-2004

Most of the people look for something that they want and then come upon a random forum site to see if anyone has what they're looking for. Once/if they get it they never come back.

Old Folks Reunion - Fuggle - 11-01-2004

ya i hate all the new ppl pretty much. most everyone new is either uber spammer (skidude etc.) or say sumthing once like hi or give me dupe! then leave. bunch of bs if u ask me lol

Ok I know I was told not to post here but man I resent that!! I have been a active member in this community for the past what?? 10 days or so.. and I haven't left nor spammed.

Old Folks Reunion - Karant - 11-01-2004

SCF-Leader man! I totally forgot about you! You and nubli still have the same avatar since I met you guys. lol

Old Folks Reunion - jedimaster86 - 11-01-2004

well, its pretty much the same problems that arise whenever any new people join forums. i think they need time to try and fit into the system, and once they discover their niche they'll (ususually) stick with it and just become another member of d2sector.net. then they'll gain popularity through what they do (whether that's positive or negative popularity) this is prolly just what LostTrance was referring to (or something along those lines)

Old Folks Reunion - elterion - 11-01-2004

Lol, Karant I just watched that d2sector parody. I never noticed I was in the special thanks Wink. Thanks man.

Well with a bigger site such as d2sector there will be lots of stupid ****ing people. Ya just gotta deal with it as it comes I guess.

Old Folks Reunion - kurups - 11-01-2004

i realize im not b4 june but jedi is totally right the new people just want to get there posts up so they can fit in with the rest of the crowd but yea i am coming to a halt with the pointless stuff... also another reason new people spam is cause if they think of anything they can say and post it...

Old Folks Reunion - Nubli - 11-01-2004

(reminder - this thread is for people before June 2004 only)

this site was so much better like 6 months ago...
i missed it/

Old Folks Reunion - TroGdoR - 11-01-2004

I thought this site hit a highpoint for a while. Back when Skye was "normal", that goes way back...me and her and Spoon tore up the forums...and Nubli tore up the bad members, and I remember some of the nights in the old chat room we had. Starting up that lil quiz bot with Spit and Spoon and others playing. Those were good times...but I still enjoy it around here now, and some of the new members are cool. We will find out in a month how these July and August members are, at least the dedicated ones...everyone else who just joins for no reason can go burn in some firey pit of doom.

Old Folks Reunion - CheshireCat - 11-01-2004

I can't wait to find out how the new people turn out. We should all have a huge MSN convo or something one of these days soon. I remember the post I made to get attention, lol, it was childish, but all in good fun. A lot of the old people don't even post any more. Damn them for having lives!!! Smile

Old Folks Reunion - Muderman24 - 11-02-2004

peopel think they need to post as much as possiable to get noticed and they want to get noticed for 1 reason to become mod, but what they don't realize and prolly never will is that Model members are just, if not more imporant than mods.......my 2cents

Old Folks Reunion - Silver Ice - 11-02-2004

yeah i dont really mind all the new poeple, all the more reason for me to help them out. though some of them cannot understand things.

Old Folks Reunion - SpoonMan999 - 11-05-2004

You guys complain about the new members but that's how I was when I first came. I dunno if Spit would remember but I kissed his *** non stop in hopes of getting a dupe hack. Now I just don't care so weee.

And Trog I think I still have the best wps on the quiz thingy Big Grin

Old Folks Reunion - Nubli - 11-05-2004
